{"id":55391,"date":"2017-06-25T09:10:49","date_gmt":"2017-06-25T07:10:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bioforschung.at\/?p=55391"},"modified":"2017-07-27T15:05:50","modified_gmt":"2017-07-27T13:05:50","slug":"besichtigung-wurzelarena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bioforschung.at\/en\/besichtigung-wurzelarena\/","title":{"rendered":"Besichtigung Wurzelarena"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Um das Pflanzenorgan Wurzel sowie den umgebenden Boden als Lebensgrundlage unserer Ern\u00e4hrung bewusst zu machen, wurden im Rahmen des Projekts \u201eNatur-Kulinarium\u201c\u00a0 an drei ausgew\u00e4hlten Standorten in Wien, P\u00f6llau\/Stmk. und Szombathely\/Ungarn sogenannte Wurzelschaustationen angelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte dieser Stationen, die sogenannte Wurzelarena, befindet sich am Gel\u00e4nde der BIO FORSCHUNG AUSTRIA.
